As per the leaked specifications, the alleged Nokia Lumia 1520 will come with 6-inch AMOLED full-HD display. The device will measure 152x81x8.7mm and weigh around 160 grams.

The leak appears to confirm that along with the 20.7-megapixel camera, the handset will come with Carl Zeiss optics, Panorama and OIS. Other camera features likely to come preloaded on the device include the new Nokia Camera app, which will come with improved saturation settings. Earlier leaked images had revealed that the alleged Lumia 1520's rear camera lens would protrude out at the back, giving the phablet a very similar design language to the Nokia Lumia 925.

Internally, the alleged Lumia 1520 is likely to have a 2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. Further the leaked specifications suggest that the device would include 2GB of RAM and would come in two inbuilt storage variants, 32GB and 64GB, with support for microSD card, however, the leak did not reveal the maximum supported storage. The device is said to pack a 3400mAh battery and would come with inbuilt wireless charging. The Lumia 1520 is further said to support 4G and LTE, while would also come with nano-SIM card support.

Prior to this, the rumoured Nokia Lumia 1520 was leaked again in images and was pictured alongside the Apple iPhone 4S.
