HTC 'M8' phablet leaked in images and specifications


HTC recently launched its first phablet, the One Max while the handset is not completely out of the door; rumours related to the next phablet flagship have surfaced.
Now few leaked images have surfaced on the Internet, which may have given us our first look at HTC's rumoured 2014 flagship smartphone, the M8. The leaked images show blue tone images of HTC's alleged M8 smartphone which appears to be very identical to the HTC One. The leaked image further suggests that the alleged HTC M8 might sport a fully enclosed metal body including the sides, as seen in the HTC One series smartphones.

The alleged HTC M8's rear panel is also seen with Beats audio logo at the bottom, suggesting that the device might still come with Beats audio feature. The leaked images comes courtesy Chinese VR Zone site.

In addition, another Chinese site, Eprice has revealed some of the specifications of the alleged HTC M8 smartphone which include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM and Sense 6.0 UI. The leaked specifications also hint that the alleged smartphone might boast a 5 or 5.2-inch display. The site also speculates that the alleged HTC M8 might be launched at MWC 2014.

Previously, flagship smartphone, the HTC One was codenamed HTC M7 ahead of its official release. As of now, there are no details to confirm that the next HTC flagship smartphone, will be dubbed HTC M8.

Recently, a report revealed that the Taiwanese maker might be working on the sequel to its Butterfly 'phablet' dubbed Butterfly 2.
